This is a bathroom, which is right next to the toilet.
There's only a bucket and a small cup in the bucket.
Things normally existing in Japan are totally different with Senegal.
There's no faucet in the house.
There's no bathtub in the house.
There’s no machine to make hot water in the house.
The diameter of the bucket is about the size of my foot.
The small cup in the bucket was originally used for a can of tomatos.
Before bathing, first I have to get water from a bigger tank outside the house.
I asked one of the family members, "How much water do you usually use for bathing?"
Looking the bucket with half full of water, the answer was "It's fine!"
Generally, they use a small cup of tamatos for bathing.
I checked how much water I use for bathing by using the 1.5 bottle of water.
As a result,
I used 5 bottles of water for bathing. (Washing my head and body)
It's about 7.5L.
I put little shampoo on my hand, and wash my head and body all at once.
And I wash away with water.
I cannot afford to use the rinse. Because If so, I cannot wash away all of the rinse.
I definitely feel cold no matter how hot it gets outside while using water.
It's totally the same feeling as I got cold shower when I swam at school in my childhood.
There's no faucet in the house.
But technically, I found a faucet in the kitchen.
I tried to open it, but nothing came out...
I'm experiencing the difference of using water.
If you are interested in the difference I'm experiencing, why don't you bathe with 7.5L cold water?
You can totally sympathize with my feeling even if you are in Japan.

これは風呂場です。
ここには、バケツとその中に水をすくう容器だけがあります。
日本にあってセネガルの一般家庭にないもの。
シャワーがない。
お湯をためる浴槽がない。
水をお湯にする給湯がない。
バケツの直径は、足がたてに入るくらい。
容器は、トマトの缶の使い終わったもの。
水浴び。
はじめに、家の外にあるでかいタンクから茶色のバケツに水を移します。
家の人に、
「体を洗うのにどれくらい水を使うものですか？」と聞いてみました。
バケツに半分入った水を見て、
「C'est bien!」（それでいいよ！）と答えてくれました。
写真のトマト缶で水をすくって体を洗います。
今回、1.5Lペットボトルで水をどれくらい使って体と頭を洗うことができるのか検証しました。
結果！
5本分。
量にして、1.5L×5＝7.5L。
シャンプーをほんのちょっとだけ手に出して、頭と体を一気にシャカシャカッと洗って、流す。（完全自己流）
そうしないと、流しきれない。リンスなんかする余裕はなし。
水なので、
いくら外は暑くても「冷たっ！」って感じます。
水泳がある日の水シャワーと同じ冷たさです。
家の中には、蛇口がありません。
キッチンに１つ発見したと思ったら、ひねってみても、水は出てこない。
水の使い方の大きな違い。
どんな感じかなと思ったら、「7.5L水浴び」1回やってみて。
遠くにいても同じ体験ができるよ。
結論。
水に限りあり。
