40 What a mess!

Yesterday was the Muslim festival "Tabaski" offering sheep to God.

There is a taxi stand in front of my house. Usually there are several taxis parked there. On the day of the festival, there was no taxis there.

Moreover, the bakeries were not opened on the street at all, which usually sell bread every day.

Everyone put aside their work temporaraily and enjoy "Tabaski". The whole town was in the mood to enjoy the holiday.

The day after the festival, I went to the market.

When I arrived, I found that the market was not as lively as usual, and only a few shops were open. Apparently, many people were taiking the day off despite of the next day of national holiday. So many stores were closed.

What I noticed was the marche was full of garbage.

It was messed up.

There was a huge amount of plastic trash at the side of the street.

I was confused what they open like this..

Although I didn't see what happened in the market,

the garbage told me the excitement of Tabaski.
